We are going to hire a private service to transport the group from the hotel to the port. It not only provides convenience but can also be a cost-effective option when splitting the cost among the group. To take advantage of this service and keep everyone together, please inform Alex or Sarah of your interest. They will be able to coordinate the logistics and gather the necessary details from each member of the group. By traveling together, you can enjoy the journey and ensure everyone arrives at the port on time and in high spirits. To ensure a smooth and seamless boarding process, it's important for everyone to be ready to board together at 10am at the port. Here are a few key points to keep in mind: 1. Attire: Please dress in your preferred outfit for the ceremony. It's recommended to wear something comfortable yet slightly more formal than your usual attire. This will help create a cohesive and elegant look for the wedding festivities. 2. Carry-on Bag: It's advisable to bring a backpack or a similar type of bag as your carry-on. This will allow you to have all your essential items with you during the boarding process, as you won't have access to your room until later in the day. Make sure to pack anything you might need for the ceremony and any immediate necessities. 3. Luggage Check: When you arrive at the port, you'll be required to check your luggage before boarding the ship. This way, you can travel light and have your belongings delivered to your room later in the day. 4. Directly to the Wedding: After successfully checking into the ship, you'll be able to proceed directly to the wedding ceremony. By boarding together and following the designated schedule, everyone can enjoy the ceremony without any delays or interruptions.
