Airport

Jacksonville International Airport is about 15 minutes north of the city. Public transportation is pretty much non-existent although they have a large car rental selection. A Lyft costs just under $20.

Airbnb has some great looking places for about $50 a night; make sure you book a room in the Five Points / Historic Riverside / Historic Avondale area; the whole area hugs the St. John's river south from downtown.
