Ceremony

Our ceremony will be at CoRK arts district in the East Gallery.

Starting at 5 p.m. enjoy appetizers and drinks inside the gallery. Ceremony begins at 6 p.m. followed by a scrumptuous Haitian-English dinner and dancing to Patrick Evans and his band. The gallery will be filled with art by both of us, so if dancing isn't your thing, you can always grab a glass of wine and stare contemplatively at the art on walls.

CoRK arts district is a on the Corner of Rosselle and King streets (which is incidentally where the name CoRK came from). On the outside, it's a graffiti covered warehouse. On the inside, it's artist studios, gallery spaces and the coolest place in Jacksonville to hang out. For more about CoRK, visit http://corkartsdistrict.com/

Directions: CoRK is located at 2689 Rosselle St., Jacksonville 32204. The doors on CoRK East will be open (Rosselle St. side). We'll be posting signs so you can find the way!

From South I-95: Take the Stockton exit (just over the bridge). Turn left at the first traffic light, then left at the second light onto Stockton st (headed towards the river). Turn right at the next light onto Rosselle St. CoRK is about 1/2 mile down that street, on the other side of the railroad track.

From North I-95: Merge onto I-10 West. Take the McDuff Exit. Turn left onto McDuff, then after about 200 feet turn left onto Rosselle St. at the light. CoRK will be on your left at the next traffic light.

From I-10 East: Take the McDuff exit. Turn right onto McDuff, then after about 200 feet turn left onto Rosselle St. at the light. CoRK will be on your left at the next traffic light.

Parking: There's a small parking lot next to CoRK on Rosselle; when it fills up, park off street on the grass anywhere around the corner of King and Rosselle.  It's Sunday, and the traffic police probably won't be out. But...to avoid a possible ticket (and to fit the most cars along the grass), park with your nose facing the building (like the white car in the photo background).

Dress: Please dress as you are. We want all of our guests to be you!

It's Florida in April. It may be hot (70s/80s) and it will get cooler (50s/60s) when the sun goes down. So bring a light jacket, cardigan or sweater just in case you want to hang outside in the "cork-yard".
