For our out-of-town guests, we reccommend flying into the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. It is the closest to our location. Another great airport to use would be the Tampa International Airport, which is about an hour away and hosts a wider variety of flying options. Uber and Lyft both run actively in the area, if you prefer to use those services for getting around. Shelby may also be able to recommend specific vehicle rental companies if you need them! 

For overnight stays, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites by Hilton located in Downtown Sarasota at 202 N. Tamiami Trail. The reservation is booked under Shelby Gerst. We will post a link shortly!

Some other overnight hotel options include, The Westin Sarasota, The Hyatt Regency Sarasota, and Art Ovation Hotel (by Mariott) which are all located close to the ceremony and reception site. If you would like other reccommendations for hotels in the general area, please let us know and we would be happy to assist you! Air BnB also provides many options in our area for extended stays, and there are many vacation rentals on the beach which would be a short drive away.
