Our wedding ceremony will take place on the Norwegian Sky Cruise Ship on March 1st, 2019. The following details can help you make a decision and plan your vacation/celebration with us.

Our group will have priority boarding. All guests will be escorted together on-board the ship. The ceremony would begin at 12:30pm (1:00pm latest).

All guests should arrive between 10:00-10:30am for the check-in process. The priority boarding occurs once the ship has cleared from its previously sailing, at approx. 11:30am, for all guests, wedding party, and bride and groom. I was informed that we need to make sure everyone is on time because we all need to board together.

Here is the timeline of the day and how it will work:

10:00am – guests begin to arrive at the terminal, and arriving no later than 10:30am to meet with the wedding team

10:30am – check-in process begins for group: sailing guests go through a separate check-in process, where their luggage is checked in as well, and non-sailing guests go through a different process, where their IDs are checked in for visitor passes.

11:30am – group priority check-in for wedding party & guests. At this time the guests will be escorted to the ceremony venue.

12:30pm – earliest time ceremony can begin

2:30pm – any guests that will not be sailing will be escorted off of the ship 

*Please note, times can be postponed if the ship is delayed in clearing customs in the morning.
