What is the schedule of events?

For the ceremony and celebration, the schedule is as follow:

1:30 PM-2:00 PM = Wedding Ceremony

2:00 PM = 1 Hour Cocktail Reception

3:00 PM-5:00 PM = Down time

~5:00 PM = Group Dinner Reservation

~7:00 PM = Celebration!

What type of attire is requested?

Semi-formal or business casual is permitted.

What takes place at the cocktail reception?

The wedding reception takes place within a time block of one hour. During this time, cold and hot hors'douerves will be served, along with an open bar. Cake will also be sliced and served during the reception. Light piano music will be playing in the background.

Where and what time is the dinner reservation?

The location is as of yet undetermined, but the time is estimated to be around 5:00pm. This is two hours after the cocktail reception, which was planned this way to allow time for digestion and changing into different, less formal (but still business casual) clothes for the rest of the evening's celebrations, if you so desire. Where is the rest of the celebration going to be at?

The location is as of yet undetermined, but the time is estimated to be around 7:00pm, but may be sooner or later depending on how long the dinner is, and whether we decide to separate and meet up later at the location. By this time, activities will be flexible and you may come and go as you please, join the bridal couple, and/or retire for the night. The real celebrations will only just be starting though, so while it is up to you, we would love if you could join us to celebrate!

For the rest of the trip, how do I plan things like payments, dining reservations and shore excursions?

You will be receiving you reservation number, through which you can link on a Norwegian online account. If you don't have one already, you can make an online account with Norwegian Cruise Line, and then link your reservation number to get access to your room reservation. There you will see sections for excursion/activity/dining planning, making your payments, the itinerary, and other important information like travel e-documents and deadlines.

What documents qualify for proof of citizenship if I don't have an up-to-date passport?

State certified U.S. birth certificate
(Baptismal paper, hospital certificates of birth, and Puerto Rico birth certificates issued prior to 7/1/10 are not acceptable.)

Original certificate of U.S. naturalization
Original certificate of U.S. citizenship
U.S. Consular report of your birth abroad
