See that picture to the left? Yea that's me. I bet your wondering why I have that goofy smile on my face. Well, that's easy because in June 2015 I married my best friend, partner, and love of my life Tylena. It hasn't always been the best of times in our marriage, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Every bit of bad that we have overcome has led to this amazing life full of joy, laughter, and love.

I met Tylena while stationed together in California. We started working together on a fundraising project for our section and quickly realized we had a lot in common. Our friendship has remained solid over the years, no matter what life has thrown at us. We supported each other through the hard times, celebrated the good, showed up for each other when it mattered, and were honest even when we didn't want to hear it—developing a lifelong friendship. Tylena and Ramel, I love you both so much. Thank you, guys, for always being there for me. I'm honored to call you my sister and brother from 2 different mothers. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your fantastic day!! Ten down, ten more to go!

Like any great friendship when Ramel and Travis first met in the swamps of Camp Lejeune in the summer of 2011 they couldn’t stand each other being complete opposites. Fast forward to beautiful 29 Palms CA in radio operator school everything changed Ramel and Travis started to gravitate towards each other over shared interests, which included drinking, more drinking and being absolute legends every day and weekend. After which they would sit in Travis’s truck financed at 30%apr and call there moms together and brag about all of the debauchery they got there selfs into (neither mother was proud or impressed) and since then the friendship has only grown.

When I met Ty we bumped heads because I wouldn’t let her in the van to get in the AC and she will never let me forget it. She got married to Ramel and instantly we became family. Ty and Ramel have always been there for me. I love y’all

Tylena and I have known each other since 2009. Marching band, orchestra, and music trips are how we developed a relationship. As we moved into early adulthood and remained connected, I had the opportunity to experience Ty as caring, determined, strong-willed, and funny! I love all those things about you and much more! I’m so excited to be a part of this milestone in your life!

I met the Browns on Recruiting duty. Ramel and I helped keep each other sane in the rough times, and we had a blast with each other during the good times. Love the both of them and wish them many years of happiness to come!

I met Ty while serving in the Marine Corps at 1st Supply Battalion. I chose Ty to come with me to the 13th MEU (CLB-13) and the rest was history. From jump I knew we were going to be friends for life. She always had a smile on her face and knew how to make people laugh. We’ve shared so many memories and adventures. I can’t wait to share another memory with Ty and Mel. The love and support that they share is beautiful. They are raising an amazing young man, and I’m so blessed to call Tristan my godson. I love you guys to the moon and back.

Tylena is one of my favorite people on this earth. I’m glad to have met in the music program in high school. Although we went different routes in school (she was supposed to join me at IUP lol) our friendship always remained the same and has only gotten better. She has always been one of the warmest friends I’ve known; so if she’s in your corner you have someone special there.

Ramel and Casear met a few years ago while he was on Recruiting Duty. They created a friendship and made sure they both made it through successfully. Ever since, they have remained close friends.

Tylena is my favorite aunt's first daughter. We have been connected in life since we had the privilege to meet. We have a bond that transcends space and time and she knows I will find her. She is one of my favorite cousins. She is diligent, hardworking and caring. And if she can get Ramel to marry her again; oh she a beast! Congratulations on doing it up Bigger and Better and for setting a new precedent in marriage; 10 at a time!

Who knew two people meeting that hated drama would turn into a brother hood for life.
