Where is the wedding located?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Retreat in Sioux Falls, SD.

Is there parking at The Retreat? 

Yes! There will also be a shuttle available from the Hyatt Place South hotel. Reach out to the bride or groom if you are interested in shuttle transportation. Lyft and Uber will pick up and drop off to the location as well. If you plan to drink with us at the party, please plan safe and sober transportation. We care about your safety! 

When should we arrive at The Retreat?

We plan to start the ceremony at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes prior to give yourself time to take a seat. 

How do we RSVP?

Please see the RSVP page on this website to let us know if you will be able to attend. The deadline to RSVP is August 16th. 

Where should we stay?

You may stay whereever you wish! There is also a hotel block of rooms reserved at The Hyatt Place South in Sioux Falls.

Will the wedding take place outside?

The ceremony will (hopefully) take place just outside of the building on the attached patio. Dinner and dancing will be indoors. 

What's for dinner?

Everyone's favorite! Pizza! There will be a variety of pizza choices as well as salad, breaksticks and snacks. 

Is there a dress code?

Nope! Come as you are! But don't forget your dancing shoes. 

Should we bring a gift? 

While we appreciate any gift you may choose to give us, we would ask for a donation to our honeymoon fund in place of traditional gifts. Please visit our honeymoon page if you wish to make a contribution. 

Will there be an open bar?

We plan to have one keg of complementary beer available for our guests. Additional beer, wine and liquor will be available for purchase. 

Wait, aren't you guys already married?

Technically, yes haha. We were married in a small, private courthouse ceremony in June of 2023. (We just couldn't wait) We are excited to now have the opportunity to formally celebrate that marriage and our love with our family and friends.
