Each cabin in our group can select TWO FREE amenities from the following:

• Ultimate Beverage Package (soda, beer, wine and cocktails priced $15 or less are totally free, no gratuities required).


• Specialty Dining Package (Guest receives 4 specialty restaurants for free, no gratuities required). 


• Pre-Paid Service Charges. (Guest saves $97.93 on room-attendant/main dining gratuities).


• 250 Minute Wi-Fi Package (per cabin). 


• $50 Shore Excursion Credit (per cabin, per port). 


• Complimentary Photo Package (per cabin, 20 photos any size). 


• $75 Onboard Credit (per cabin).
    

One of the amenity options for our group is the ‘Ultimate Beverage Package’. This would include all of your soda and alcoholic beverages, inclusive of gratuities. We are recommending that you choose this option as alcoholic beverages on cruises can be quite expensive. On our recent cruise, we made very good use of the package and were pleased with the variety of drinks available and the brands of liquor offeredx. We did also learn that there is a tax for drinks consumed while in port. All drinks at sea do not have an additional fee. On our recent cruise, this equtes to about 70 cents per drink. Over the total 7 days, we spent $12 in additional alcoholic beverage taxes. 

There are many specialty dining restaurants in addition to the complimentary dining options available, including restaurants such as a steakhouse, seafood, French and Itailian cuisines. These typically are paid for a la carte as an upgrade to complimentary dining but could be included for 4 of your meals free of charge. We learned on our recent cruise that the speciality dining restaurants book up fast since they are small and intimate settings. We will plan to make reservations for these restaurants about 3 months prior to sailing for those who are interested. For the compliementary dining, there is no need for a reservation and wait times for a table are usually short. 

The service charges are a mandatory fee that is charged to you either way. It equates to $13.99/day that covers your gratuity for your room steward and all tips for the complimentary restaurants. If you chose not to pick this option, you will still be obligated to pay this fee. 

There are many shore excursion options at each of the 4 ports we will be stopping at. These options will be listed online and you will be able to book prior to sailing if you are interested in participating.
