Dustin and I have been together for 12 years. Within the last 12 years, they have been on a lot of adventures together and have made many memories. One of my favorite memories is being in Washington D.C. for the 8th grade trip. Dustin went with the school, while I took this trip with my family. We wanted to meet up, but we did not see how it would work. While in the air and space museum, I was walking around and ended up seeing Dustin, which is where that photo was taken. This was the first photo that Dustin and I have taken together. This was the first time Dustin met my grandma Alice, and she decided she was going to name him Derwood. This is just one of our many memories. Through the 12 years together, we have been to New York City, North Carolina, Kentucky, Ohio, Miami, Chicago, Cozumel, Belize, St. Thomas, Virgin Gorda, Tortola, Nassau, and St. John. During COVID we did not get to travel as much, but we have enjoyed going to Florida a few times to feel normal. Cruises are our favorite type of vacation because we can spend time together without having phones involved. We try to plan at least 1 cruise a year. Since we love cruising so much, we have decided we wanted to cruise for our honeymoon. We planned a different cruise, but it has been cancelled too many times. We decided our honeymoon cruise will be in Hawaii in late 2023. We will post photos from our honeymoon cruise when we get back.
