Greg & I have known each other for over 20 years.  We both went in other directions and found each other again in May of 2017.  We reconnected when a mutual EMS friend passed away. We talked for 2 hours. A few days later, we talked on the phone and decided to meet for lunch to catch up.  We talked for 4 hours at that restaurant.  I texted Greg and thanked him for a wonderful afternoon and lunch.  We spoke that evening on the phone for hours.  The next night we were on the phone all night long and I still went to work.  At that point, I think we both decided we needed to persue this relationship to see where it would go. 

WELL........HERE WE ARE!!!!!!  

WOW!  I haven't talked to anyone for that long on the phone for ages.  It was definitely interesting and everything seemed to fit together perfectly.  Around this time was when I just got a job with Norwegien Cruise line's private island and would be gone for 5 months.  I got a month and a half to help this relationship flourish before I left for 5 months.  We blew each other's phones up with text messages, memes, gifs and stickers.  While I was gone, we video chatted every night.  During the 4th contract, we both decided this would be the last contract and would be home in December of 2018.  Jill was diagnosed with Multiple Myelome (bone cancer) and I quit in November 9th because they wouldn't let me come home to be with her during her treatment.  I was home by November 10 and have been by her side since.
